Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Thank you for choosing Consulting Engineers Association of India (CEAI) for your consulting engineering needs. We hope that our services meet your expectations, but we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or seek a refund. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel a CEAI service, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the service, we may be able to provide a full or partial refund, or we may not be able to provide any refund. The cancellation policy for each service is as follows:

Membership fees: Membership fees are non-refundable.
Conference registration fees: Cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the conference start date.
Training and workshops: Cancellations received 15 days prior to the training or workshop start date will receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the training or workshop start date.

Refunds for Services
If you are not satisfied with a CEAI service and wish to seek a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the service, we may be able to provide a full or partial refund, or we may not be able to provide any refund. The refund policy for each service is as follows:
Membership fees: Membership fees are non-refundable.
Conference registration fees: No refunds will be provided for conference registration fees, except in exceptional circumstances.
Training and workshops: If a participant is unable to attend a training or workshop for any reason, CEAI may allow the participant to transfer to another course or may provide a credit for future training or workshop.

Payment Disputes
If you dispute a payment made to CEAI, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the dispute and may issue a refund if we determine that the payment was made in error or was fraudulent.
